Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for export orders shipping logistics, customs declaration, tracking, documents, as well as the work involved in the document; Collation and production of customs clearance materials;
2. Coordinate export transportation and contact with freight forwarders and shipping companies;
3, customer business contact communication;
4, cooperate with foreign trade salesmen to do a good job of documentary coordination;
Qualifications:
1, college degree or above, international trade, business English and other related majors;
2. At least three months working experience in the field of foreign trade merchandising;
3, familiar with import and export business documentation operation process, familiar with cargo transportation arrangements and related precautions;
4, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (CET-4 or above), skilled computer application skills, strong communication skills, strong ability to deal with work independently;
5. Honest and dedicated, strong pressure resistance and sense of responsibility, good team spirit.
